How fast do orders ship?
Orders leave us in 1 to 3 business days. You get tracking by email the moment it ships. Orders placed on a weekend go out the following business day.
Every pair is programmed with your payment link by hand before it goes in the envelope, which is why it is days and not hours.
How much is shipping?
- Free on orders over $50.
- Flat rate below $50, calculated at checkout.
- Two pairs usually gets you over the free-shipping line.
Do you ship internationally?
Message us with your country and we will confirm options, cost and timing before you order. Customs charges, where they apply, are the buyer’s responsibility.
My tracking has not moved
Tracking can sit still for a day or two after pickup. If it has not updated in five business days, contact us and we will chase it — and if it is genuinely lost we will send a replacement.
Can I return them?
For hygiene reasons, worn pasties cannot be returned or exchanged. This is standard for intimate body products and it protects every customer.
What if mine arrives faulty?
If a pair arrives damaged, or the chip will not read after you have checked phone placement and NFC settings, we replace it. Message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will sort it.
If it does not tap and it is our fault, you get a new pair. No argument, no restocking fee.
What if I gave you the wrong payment link?
Message us. If it has not shipped we fix it before it goes out. If it has already arrived, we will tell you how to get it reprogrammed — that is free, forever.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as fast as you can. If it has not been programmed and packed yet we can change the design, the link or the address, or cancel it entirely.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes — studios, clubs and retail get wholesale pricing and an exclusivity radius so you are not competing with the shop down the road. Ask us about stocking NipTip.
